There are plenty of KSRTC and Private buses from Bangalore to Dharmasthala.

I Boarded the Bus at KSRTC Pickup Point - Govardhan, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore at 10:30PM as I have already booked the tickets in advance in KSRTC website they charged me Rs.351/- for the journey.
The bus started its journey, I reached Dharmasthala bus station by morning around 5:30AM. In mean time bus stops in Bellur and Sakaleshpura for light refreshments.
In Dharmasthala
Netravathi river is at a distance of 1.5km from the temple. U can take bath in the river.
Share autos will be available from ksrtc bus to netravathi river and vice versa, they would charge Rs. 20/- for one person.
Both Private rooms and Temple Guest House are also available from Rs.500/- to 1500/- depending upon the room type.

I am waiting in Queue at 7:30AM for the Darshan. I have taken ticket of Rs.200/- for Immediate Darshan it took me 2 hours for Darshan of Lord Shri Manjunatha Swamy and received Prasadam for the ticket.
Note: Free Darshan is also available it may take around 3 to 5hrs for Darshan as I was gone on Sunday.
After Darshan I had breakfast in hotel outside the temple.(Name of hotel I didn't Remember). In temple free food will be provided from 11AM to 3PM.
I started for Kukke Subrahmanya Temple at 10:AM from Dharmasthala KSRTC Bus stand.
Ticket price is Rs.70/- per person, Journey time is 1hr to 1.5hr from Dharmastala.

Around 12:00PM reached Kukke Subrahmanya Temple.
KSRTC Bus stand is nearby around 400mrts to the Temple.

Around 2:30PM again boarded the KSRTC Bus for returning to Bangalore and the ticket price is Rs. 341/-.
Reached Bangalore around 10:30PM.
